Return & Refund Policy

Due to the made-to-measure nature of our suits, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except under the below strict conditions.

If your suit arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect fabric, style, or measurements significantly different from those provided), please notify us within 7 days of receipt, including clear photographic proof. After verification and approval, we will arrange either:

• • Repair or replacement of your suit, or
  • If repair or replacement isn’t feasible, a store credit for future purchases.

Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable difference in monitor/ screen settings, the fabric colors shown, may not correspond 100% to the fabric color itself.

Our tailors craft suits based on your provided measurements, selected design, and our extensive tailoring experience. Minor adjustments may occur during the tailoring process. Therefore, variations of up to 2 cm should be considered acceptable and are not indicative of defects or shipping errors.

Important Notes:

• No refunds or exchanges will be issued for suits accurately crafted according to customer-provided measurements.
• Returns based on general dissatisfaction, minor variations, or customer measurement errors cannot be accepted.
